Wir suchen ab Anfang Oktober zwei liebe ZwischenmieterInnen. Meine Mitbewohnerin und ich haben uns entschieden, einen Monat (von Oktober bis November) reisen zu gehen und vermieten aus diesem Grund unsere einzelnen Zimmer.
Unsere Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss des Wohnhauses, wodurch wir auch eine schöne Terrasse haben. Die Wohnung ist ca. 65m2 groß, dabei haben die einzelnen Zimmer einmal 19m2 und 30m2. Die Wohnung liegt in einer kleinen Straße, wodurch es auch relativ ruhig ist. Dieses größere Zimmer hat einen direkten Zugang zur Terrasse, die wiederum zu einem großen grünen Innenhof führt.
Der Rest der Wohnung besteht aus einer Küche mit Spülmaschine und einem großen Badezimmer mit Badewanne und zwei Waschbecken und einer Waschmaschine.
Für das größere Zimmer(30m2) liegt die Miete bei 700€ warm (inkl. Wifi) + Kaution 200€

Hello dear apartment or WG seekers!
We are looking for two dear intermediate tenants from the beginning of October. My roommate and I have decided to go traveling for a month (from October to November) and for this reason we are renting out our rooms.
Our apartment is located on the first floor of the apartment building, which also gives us a nice terrace. The apartment is about 65m2 big, whereby the individual rooms have once 19m2 and 30m2. The apartment is located in a small street, which makes it relatively quiet. The larger room has direct access to the terrace, which in turn leads to a large green courtyard.
The rest of the apartment consists of a kitchen with a dish washer and a large bathroom with a bathtub and two sinks and a washing machine.
For the bigger room(30m2) the rent is 700€ (including gas, water & wifi) + deposit 200€

Lage
Die Wohnung liegt in Obergiesing an der Grenze zur Au und ist gut angebunden.
Giesing Bahnhof (U2) liegt fußläufig 8min entfernt, die Tram 18 (die dich direkt nach Glockenbach und zum Sendlinger Tor bringt) und der Bus 54 sind zu Fuß in 3min zu erreichen und die S-Bahn Station St. Martin-Straße (S3,S7 - nur eine Station zum Ostbahnhof) erreichst du in 5min.
Wir haben gleich um die Ecke einen Edeka Express, aber auch ein Norma, Hit, Netto und Penny sind alle in 10min Fußweg erreichbar. Cafés und Bars gibt es auch einige, z.B. der berühmte Nockherberg plus Biergarten ist auch nur 12min zu Fuß entfernt. Die Gegend ist zudem auch schön grün, auch wir gehen hier sehr gerne laufen.

The apartment is located in Obergiesing on the border to Au and is well connected.
Giesing train station (U2/U7/U8) is within a 8 min walking distance, tram 18 (which takes you directly to Glockenbach and Sendlinger Tor) and bus 54 are within a 3 min walking distance and the S-Bahn station St. Martin-Straße (S3/S7 - only one stop to Ostbahnhof) can be reached in 5 mins.
We have an Edeka Express just around the corner, but also a Norma, Hit, Netto and Penny are all within a 10 min walking distance. Cafes and bars are also a few, for example the famous Nockherberg plus beer garden is also only a 12 min walk away. The area is also nice and green, we also like to go jogging here.
