The room gets beautiful sunlight in the morning and afternoon and it has a very peaceful and nice atmosphere. It comes fully furnished with a 140cm bed, large wardrobe, desk, dresser, and nightstand. There is a living room and dining area, and the other bedroom is located on the other end of the flat, so there is a lot of privacy.
There are two bathrooms, so you get your own bathroom with a toilet, sink, and shower. The washing machine is located in the other bathroom.
The kitchen is very well-equipped and it is attached to the balcony.
Excellent location, 5 minute walk to Silberhornstraße on the U2/7/8, only three stops to Sendlinger Tor. Tram 25 is also a 5 minute walk, as well as several buses, including X30 to Ostbahnhof. It takes 20 minutes to walk to the Isar, and 40 to walk to the city center.
There is a Penny and Edeka next to the U-Bahn station, which makes grocery shopping very convenient. There is also an Aldi 10 minutes away on foot. There are other shops within 5-10 minutes as well- dm, woolworth, bakeries, pharmacies, bio markt, etc.
Piotr (40) is a very nice, laid-back flatmate who keeps in his room most of the time. The ideal person for this room is someone who is uncomplicated, who likes a relaxed environment to come home to, and is LGBT-friendly.
Six month lease with the option to renew in September.
