Ablöse Küche und Gemeinschaftsmöbel: 700 €

The huge living/dining area (40m2) invites you to cook together and spend nice evenings, at the same time the cosy rooms offer enough peace and quiet.
Your room would be about 20 m² and furnished with a desk and Malm chest of drawers. Here are all costs:

Die Wohnung liegt im Stadtteil Obergiesing, nur 5 min vom Perlacher Forst (Wald) entfernt. Ideal für Spaziergänge oder Joggen. Nicht superzentral, aber dafür ist die Wohnung ein Traum und die Miete unschlagbar. Es sind 4 Min zum Bus Stadelheimer Str. oder 8 Min zum Mangfallplatz (U1). Zur Isar/Innenstadt sind es mit dem Fahrrad ca. 15 Minuten und mit der U1 10min zum HBF.

The flat is located in the district of Obergiesing, only 5 min from Perlacher Forst (forest). Ideal for walks or jogging. Not super central, but the flat is a dream and the rent is unbeatable. It is 4 minutes to the Stadelheimer Str. bus or 8 minutes to Mangfallplatz (U1). It is about 15 minutes by bike to the Isar/city centre and 10 minutes by U1 to the main station.
Deine Mitbewohner sind Nicola, 27 berufstätig und Elfi, 30 Doktorandin. Wir sind beide viel am Arbeiten, aber essen mal zusammen im Home Office oder am Abend. Also ideal für Berufstätige. Wir wünschen uns ein freundschaftliches Miteinander, also keine Zweck-WG.

Your flatmates are Nicola, 27, a full-time employee, and Elfi, 30, a PhD student. We both work a lot, but sometimes eat together in home office or in the evening. So it's ideal for working people.
