Die Wohnung wird gerade noch von mir fertig saniert und liegt im dritten Stock eines Eckhauses. Alles, was man in einer Wohnung so erneuern kann wurde (oder wird gerade noch) erneuert und wartet nur noch auf die passenden Bewohner*innen. Bei dem Zimmer hier handelt es sich um das kleinste Zimmer in der Wohnung, daneben gibt es noch zwei weitere Zimmer, eine Wohnküche mit ungefähr 25 qm, ein Bad mit ca. 7,5 qm, einen Abstellraum mit knapp 4 qm und einen großen Flur mit ca 14 qm. Die Deckenhöhe liegt in allen Zimmern bei angenehmen 3 m.
The apartment is just being renovated by me and is on the third floor of a corner building. Everything that can be renewed in an apartment has been (or is currently being) renewed and is just waiting for the right residents. The room here is the smallest room in the apartment, next to it there are two more rooms, a kitchen/living room with about 25 square meters, a bathroom with about 7.5 square meters, a storage room with almost 4 square meters and a large hallway with about 14 square meters. The ceiling height in all rooms is a comfortable 3 m.
Die Lage der Wohnung ist mehr oder weniger Ideal. 3 min. zum Bus/Tram, max. 10 zur nächsten Ubahn, der Ostfriedhof direkt angeschlossen, gegenüber ein Fußballplatz, viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der näheren Umgebung und einges an Kneipen und Restaurants. Giesing halt;)
The location of the apartment is more or less ideal. 3 minutes to the bus/tram, max. 10 to the next subway, the Ostfriedhof directly connected, opposite a soccer field, many shops in the vicinity and a lot of bars and restaurants.
Wir (Asmus und Michi) sind beide recht viel unterwegs und haben unsere eigenen Beschäftigungen gefunden, trotzdem wollen wir hier eine WG schaffen, in der sich alle daheim fühlen können und man mehr voneinander mitbekommt, als nur den Namen und die Miete.
Wir beide kochen gern, allerdings hauptsächlich für andere/mit anderen zusammen und freuen uns über interessante Gespräche;)
Was das WG-Leben angeht, ist noch nichts wirklich fest und eingefahren, da die WG ja gerade erst entsteht. Wir haben beide mehr oder weniger viel WG-Erfahrung und würden uns freuen, wenn das auch bei dir der Fall ist.
We (Asmus and Michi) are both quite busy and have found our own interests, but we still want to create a flat share here where everyone can feel at home and you get to know more about each other than just the name and the rent.
We both like to cook, but mainly for others/with others and look forward to interesting conversations;)
As far as WG life is concerned, nothing is really set and settled yet, since the WG is only just being created. We both have flat share experience and would be happy if that is the case with you too.
Da wir beide davon überzeugt sind, dass eine gemischte Wg cooler ist, suchen wir ausschließlich nach einer Frau.
As we are both conviced, that living in a mixed shared flat is way cooler, we`re only looking for a women to move in.
