Excellent location in the desirable Obermenzing district. Location is peaceful, but has fast transport links to Central Munich.
There are 2 train stations 12 minutes away, and bus stops 5 minutes away.
You can reach Olympiazentrum in 20 minutes, Marienplatz in 16 minutes, and Hauptbahnhof in 12 minutes.
There are 2 Supermarkets 8 minutes away, and several lovely cafes/restaurants very close by (I recommend Tou Bakali for a meal and Lutak Patisserie for an ice cream).

Ausgezeichnete Lage im begehrten Stadtteil Obermenzing! Die Lage ist ruhig, bietet aber eine schnelle Verkehrsanbindung an die Münchner Innenstadt.
Es gibt 2 Bahnhöfe in 12 Minuten Entfernung und Bushaltestellen in 5 Minuten Entfernung.
Sie erreichen das Olympiazentrum in 20 Minuten, den Marienplatz in 16 Minuten und den Hauptbahnhof in 12 Minuten.
Es gibt zwei Supermärkte in 8 Minuten Entfernung und mehrere schöne Cafés/Restaurants ganz in der Nähe (ich empfehle Tou Bakali für eine Mahlzeit und Lutak Patisserie für ein Eis).

You will be living in an international flat where all languages are spoken. All your future flat mates are clean, tidy and respectful. If you have any questions or need help, there is a flat group chat on Whatsapp where all your flatmates are happy to help you out.
Your neighbor is a relaxed student studying at TUM. He is easy to talk to, mindful of your personal space and enjoys football! I guarantee you will enjoy being neighbors :)
The larger kitchen is a great space for talking to your other flat mates over dinner. One of your flat mates even has a fire pit in the garden too!

Sie wohnen in einer internationalen WG, in der alle Sprachen gesprochen werden. Alle Ihre zukünftigen Mitbewohner sind sauber, ordentlich und respektvoll. Wenn Sie Fragen haben oder Hilfe benötigen, gibt es auf WhatsApp einen flachen Gruppenchat, in dem alle Ihre Mitbewohner Ihnen gerne weiterhelfen.
Ihr Nachbar ist ein entspannter Student, der an der TUM studiert. Man kann gut mit ihm reden, er achtet auf den persönlichen Freiraum und hat Spaß am Fußball! Ich garantiere Ihnen, dass Sie es genießen werden, Nachbarn zu sein :)
Die größere Küche ist ein großartiger Ort, um sich beim Abendessen mit Ihren anderen Mitbewohnern zu unterhalten. Einer Ihrer Mitbewohner hat sogar eine Feuerstelle im Garten!
