Das Zimmer ist ca. 15 mq mit Zugang zum Balkon. Das Zimmer ist unmobliert. Ein großer Einbauschrank ist aber für dich im Flur vorhanden.

The room is about 15 m^2 with access to balcony. The room is unfurnished, but there is a large built-in wardrobe in the hallway for you.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Nähe von Pasing (Westkreuz Haltestelle).
Die S-Bahn-Haltestelle (S6 und S8) liegt 7 Min zu Fuß entfernt und die Bus-Haltestelle 4 Min.
Ganz in der Nähe sind Rewe, Lidl, Rossman, dm und Aldi zu finden (weinger asl 500 m entfernt).
Einkaufszentrum Pasing Arcaden ist nur 1 S-Bahn-Haltestelle entfernt (5 Min).

Ich heiße Giulio und wohne seit 5 Jahren in München, ich komme ursprünglich aus Italien.
Mit dir würde ich gerne gelegentlich den Abend gemeinsam verbringen, vielleicht kochen oder ausgehen, oder Netflixabend. Als guter Italiener koche ich oft Pasta und Pizza (ich habe sogar eine Küchenmaschine) und ich koche auch gerne für andere Leute. Wenn du gerne im Freien oder im Fitnessstudio trainierst, könnten wir es auch zusammen machen. Aber in einer WG alles kann, nichts muss. Wichtig ist, offen, flexibel und respektvoll zu sein!
Ich arbeite momentan überwiegend von zuhause und bin für einen Besichtigungstermin online oder persönlich fast immer verfügbar.

My name is Giulio and I've been living in Munich for 5 years, I'm originally from Italy.
With you I would like to spend the evening together occasionally, maybe cooking or going out, or a Netflix night. As a good Italian, I often cook pasta and pizza (I even have a stand mixer) and I also like to cook for other people. If you like working out outdoors or at the gym, we could do it together. However, in a shared flat all is possible, nothing is compulsory. The important thing is to be open, flexible and respectful!
I work mostly from home at the moment and am almost always available for a viewing appointment online or in person.
