(Since we get a a lot of requests: We read all of them, but it will be hard to answer everybody - that would be a full-time job. We apologize for this and hope you are not to annoyed by the Munich flat drama.)
Room
By the 1st of January one room will be avalaible in our 4-person-WG.
The room is located on the top floor of the house. With 25sqm it is quite spacious. It comes furnished with a bed, desk, closet, sofabed, tv table and built in cupboards. (500€ excluding bills)

Location
The apartment has a park just outside , with lots of green space in the surrounding neighbourhood and the river Würm right nearby. The neighbourhood in general is pretty quiet and green. You can get to the 143 and 160 buses in 5 minutes on foot and Pasing or Obermenzing S-Bahn stops are about 1.7 km away, so around 15 minutes on foot or a 5 min cycle. From there the S-Bahn to Marienplatz takes 15 mins. Most essentials are easy to get nearby; Penny and Denn’s Bio-Markt are about a five minute walk away and a petrol station is just around the corner for those late night beers. There is also an Edeka and Rossmann about a 15 min walk away.
Vor der Haustür befindet sich der Park von Schloss Blutenburg - also viele grüne Rasenflächen, die Würm fließt direkt vorbei. Die Nachbarschaft ist sehr ruhig und grün. Die Busse 143 und 160 sind in 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen und die S-Bahn-Haltestellen Pasing oder Obermenzing sind ca. 1,5 km entfernt. (~15 Minuten zu Fuß oder 5 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad). Von dort braucht die S-Bahn zum Marienplatz 15 min.
Penny und Denn's Bio-Markt sind etwa fünf Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, fürs „Late-night-beer“ gibt es auch eine Tankstelle um die Ecke.
Ansonsten bieten die Pasing-Arcaden beim Bahnhof alles, was man sich vorstellen kann.
Ärzte, Apotheke etc. ebenfalls in 5min mit dem Rad erreichbar.
WG-Life
Your flatmates would be Rajah, 26 years old, physics phd student from London, Nina, 23, from Hambug, who is studying for her Psychology bachelors and Emilio from Mexico, who is studying Civil Engeneering and just moved to Munich. During the day we are mostly busy studying, but we enjoy spending time together in the evenings, watching tv, playing board games or cooking dinner together, maybe with a glass of wine or a beer.
Deine Mitbewohner wären Rajah, 26 Jahre alt, Physik-Doktorand aus London, Nina, 23, aus Hamburg, die gerade ihren Bachelor in Psychologie angefangen hat und Emilio, 27 Jahre alt, aus Mexiko, der einen Master in Civil ENgeneering macht.
Tagsüber sind wir meist am arbeiten/lernen, aber abends verbringen wir gerne Zeit miteinander, schauen fern, spielen Brettspiele oder kochen gemeinsam Abendessen, auch mal mit einem Glas Wein oder einem Bier.
The house is spacious but also quite old which means we have to take extra care to keep it clean and tidy. Since we had problems with this in the past we really want to emphasize how important it is that you are capable of tidying up after yourself and are able to stick to a regular cleaning routine!!
We want to find somebody for each room until the 15.12.
Having a look at the house (in-person or via Zoom) will be possible at the following dates:
08.12. - from 09:00 until 15:00
09.12. - from 12:00 until 18:00
Please write in your message when you would be free on one of these dates to have a chat with us and in which room you are interested in.
Messages which don't mention at least one date will be ignored. (I know this sound harsh but unfortunately we have a tight schedule. Normally we are way more laid back. :'D)
