Whole apartment is stylish and warm. It was completely renovated with new kitchen and bathroom in May 2017. Which is located at nice area in Pasing. Supermarket, shopping mall and tram/bus/Sbahn are near by. If you are looking for a comfortable and home style place, then you are at right place.
The room is 15 qm with single bed 80 cm in width. It can also be extended into double bed 160 cm in width. It's full furnished with pillow and blanket, closet 150 cm in width, desk, curtain, shelf etc. Bring your luggages and move in. You will feel nice and comfortable.
##It's at Tram 19 route and sometimes the voice for Tram movement may be hearted at quiet night.
You will share a cozy bathroom and kitchen with others. There is also a shared sofa also for dinning.
A new nice bathroom has has tub and new wash machine.
Full function and very new kitchen is with following:

Besides one small storage room to share, there are small living room as social area in the apartment. It's very cozy.
You don't need to be very socialise but easy communicate would be nice. However, it's very important to contribute to the weekly clean task in shared area.
The contract is minimum 1 year. This room is available since April and it can also start from March. It is good if you can starts as early as possible.
