There is everything you would need in the room: desk, chair, lamp, bed, open shelves and closet.
There is a window with curtains too and it looks to the garden view and alps view, which is really nice.
The room is really silent, no neighbor noise comes in.
There is enough space in the garderobe and you can even store things under the bed if necessary.
There are bus stops all around the place, max 5 minutes away.
U5 Neuperlach Zentrum is 10 minutes by walking distance, the road is through trees and a park so it is really nice to walk to Ubahn. The shopping center Pep (Einkaufszentrum) is really close, 10 minutes by walking. There is many supermarkets in the area, 5 min away is Penny , Edeka, Woolworth, Apotheke and much more & 10 minutes away is Aldi Süd, Rewe.
We are in total of 6 international people where everyone has their own room.
The kitchen and the bathrooms are shared. There is a spacious kitchen and 2 bathrooms. The washing machine and dryer are available free of charge.
We live in a friendly way where sometimes sitting together in the kitchen but of course everyone is free and respectful to another.
There are no extra costs, everything is included: electricity, internet, heating, RDF, etc.
The internet is pretty fast and never fails you in the room.
The apartment is in the 8th floor and there is an elevator in the building.
The move in date is June 1.
