Das Zimmer ist von 17.05.2024 bis 02.06.2024 unterzuvermieten.15 qm ist es insgesamt groß. Ausgestattet ist es mit einem Bett (1,40 x 2 m), einem Regal für Klamotten einem kleinen Tisch, Schaukelstuhl, Lampen und ein paar Pflanzen. Alles, was im Zimmer ist, kann ich potenziell auch rausräumen. Jedoch wäre es mir sehr lieb, wenn das Bett drin stehen bleiben kann.
You can rent the room from 17.05.2024 til 02.06.2024. The room size is 15 square meters. You'll find a bed with 1.40 x 2 meters. All the items in the room can be removed, if you want so. But I would be happy if the bed can stay. you will live alone in the flat for almost the whole time.
ÖPNV: Die Wohnung liegt zwischen Karl-Preiß-Platz und Innsbrucker Ring (je 5 Minuten Fußweg), sodass du die U2 und U5 sehr schnell erreichst. Auch verschiedene Busse sind in der Nähe. Da der Ostbahnhof nur eine Ubahnstation entfernt ist, hat man es auch nicht weit zur Stammstrecke mit allen S-Bahnen und verschiedenen Regionalbahnen
EINKAUFEN: Fußläufig findest du einen Edeka und einen Nahkauf. Mit dem Fahrrad bist du geschwind bei Penny, Lidl, Kaufland und co. Mit der U5 erreicht man schnell das PEP Neuperlach.
FREIZEIT: Der nahe gelegene Ostpark lädt zum entspannen ein. Durch die Verkehrsanbindung bist du auch recht schnell im Werksviertel (Klettern, Bouldern...), an der Münchner Freiheit oder im Englischen Garten.
PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION: The flat is 5 minutes away from the subway stations Innsbrucker Ring and Karl-Preiß-Platz where you can find U2 and U5. Also buses are nearby. Also Ostbahnhof as a bigger transportation hub fpr S-Bahn and local trains is only one station away.
SHOPPING: Edeka and Nahkauf are just a couple of minutes walking distance away. With the bicycle you can reach in little time many other options for shopping like Lidl, Penny, Kaufland... And a bigger shopping center you can reach in a couple of minutes by using the U5.
FREETIME: Nearby you can find Ostpark and the Werksviertel where you have different restaurants and climbing activity. There are different options to reach destinations in the city like Münchner Freiheit or Englischer Garten.
Grundsätzlich hat die Wohnung alles, was man zum Wohlfühlen braucht. Vor allem hervorzuheben ist der große Balkon mit Bett, auf dem es sich im Sommer ganz hervorragend entspannen lässt. Dort scheint übrigens Vormittags die Sonne. In der Wohnung wird es nie zu warm, weil die Wohnung sehr gut gedämmt ist. Auf den Bildern zur Küche ist noch kein Kochfeld zu sehen - das Problem haben wir jetzt gelöst und heute einen neuen Herd mit Ceranfeld angeschlossen.
Anfragen sind erstmal nur schriftlich möglich. Ich melde mich dann schnell zurück und wenn es passt, tauschen wir Kontakte aus und treffen uns zur Wohnungsbesichtigung.
I highly recommend to relax on our huge balcony :) Btw if you are irritated because you do not see any cooking field on the photos of the kitchen: We solved this problem just today and installed a new oven with cerane-fields.
