The room is pretty big with a big bed, a desk, a shelf-closet, two closets, one of which will be locked because I will keep my things there while I am gone. You have a large window and a bunch of charging ports.
Our apartment has 3 rooms, bathroom, kitchen and a hallway, and it is located on the ground floor.
As this is a short-term rental I won't write too much, so if you have any extra questions just message me. The end date of the rental can be prolonged/shortened by a few days if it suits you better.

P.S the location on the map is totally off, I don't know why. Just google Ottobrunner Strasse 2, 81737 Munich.
ALDI is ~4 minutes away walking, EDEKA ~10, and there is a Cleverfit gym 13 minutes away walking.
There is a bunch of public transport connections nearby:
- 55 Bus, Diakon-Kerolt-Weg, 1 minute walking
- 59 Bus, Langbürgener Straße, 6 minutes walking
- U2, Karl-Preis Platz, 14 minutes walking
- U5, Innsbrucker Ring, 14 minutes walking
The location in terms of public transport is great, especially if you have a bike you can get to any Ubahn station in under 5 minutes. It takes ~15 minutes to get to Ostbahnhof, ~25minutes to Hauptbahnhof, and ~50 minutes to TUM Garching.
Both of the roommates (Gordan, Simon) are Master's students in STEM; both of them like to work out, and our WG is in general pretty chill. As long as you are chill and clean behind yourself, I don't think you will have any problems-
- the internet in the apartment is really good, and you should expect to have speeds of 250+Mb/s available.
- you have a washing machine available to wash your clothes, and you can borrow my drying-rack
- we have an oven, microwave, water heater, mixer, and a rice cooker
- I can provide my own bedding but the deposit will be higher
- you have space to lock your bicycle outside
