Ich vermiete ab 01.04.2024 ein vollmöbliertes Zimmer mit Balkon (ca. 13 m²) in der Aßlinger Str 1a. Gute und ruhige Lage in einem Hinterhaus. 190 Meter von der Bushaltestelle "Sankt Pius" (Linien 190, 191, 59) entfernt. Die komplett eingerichtete, zum Wohnraum hin offene Küche(mit spülmaschine) und das Bad mit Wanne mitbenutzt werden. Waschmaschine ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Unser Zimmer ist geräumig, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Es verfügt über ein bequemes Bett, einen Schreibtisch, einen Stuhl und einen Kleiderschrank. Die Küche und das Bad teilen wir uns mit den anderen Bewohnern.
Die Wohnung ist insgesamt ca. 94 m² groß, das Gebäude ist von Baujahr 2014 mit dem Blick über eine große Grünfläche.
Ich spreche Englisch und Deutsch.
Gesamtkosten 700 Euro pro Monat(Kaltmiete+Heizung+Strom+Internet+GEZ).
Derzeit kommt ne Putzfrau einmal pro Monat und sie verlängert 20 Euro pro stunde. Putzfrau kosten sind extra maximal 30 Euro pro kopf pro besuch.
Offering a furnished room (13 sqm) in a 4 room apartment (94 sqm) in Asslinger Str. The apartment is in a very quiet residential block, not far from Penny, DM, REWE, Lidl, Asian Center, Kebab and bakeries. The closest Bus stop is 3 mins walking distance, Ostbahnhof 8 mins and U5+U2 stations are 8 mins away.
It is an apartment with all the facilities needed for living (Washing machine, Fully equipped Kitchen, dishwasher incl.) Bathroom with a Bathtub.
The back side of the apartment faces to greenery.
Currently our 3rd flatmate is leaving and we are looking for a new flatmate. Ideally we are looking for someone who is working, as we both have a full time jobs.
The Warm rent is 700 Euro p.m. (Cold Rent + Electricity + Utility + Internet + GEZ). Currently we have a Cleaning lady who comes once a month and charges 20 Euro per hour and she needs 4 hours to clean the complete apartment, which means each flatmate has a share of 20-27 Euros per visit.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Asslinger Str 1a in Ramersdorf-Perlach. Eine Bushaltestelle ist in 3 Min ("Sankt Pius" Linien 59, 191 und 190), U2 und U5 (Innsbrucker Ring) sind 8 Min. und Ostbahnhof ist in 12 Min fußläufig erreichbar. In unmittelbarer Umgebung gibt es Supermärkte (Rewe, Lidl, dm, Penny, Edeka, Nahkauf, Asia Supermarkt), einen Bäcker, Pizza-Service, Bankfilialen, Apotheken, Kebab und eine Postfiliale.
Mein jetzige Mitbewohner zieht zurück, weshalb ich nun wieder einen neue, nette Mitbewohner suche.
Das Leben in unserer WG ist sehr entspannt und freundschaftlich. Wir legen großen Wert auf Sauberkeit und Ordnung und pflegen ein gutes Verhältnis zueinander. Wir verbringen gerne Zeit zusammen in der Küche oder im Wohnzimmer, aber respektieren auch die Privatsphäre unserer Mitbewohner.
Ich bin 48 Jahre alt und arbeite seit 18 Jahr als Softwareentwickler. Vorher habe ich Masters in Communications Technology an der RWTH Aachen studiert und dabei schon jede Menge WG-Erfahrung gesammelt. Ich würde mich als umgänglich, hilfsbereit, zuverlässig und relativ ordentlich bezeichnen.
derzeit Ich und Emmanuelle aus Italien wohnen in die Wohnung.

Das Zimmer ist ab 06.April.2024 Frei.
Derzeit Besucht ne Putzfrau einmal pro Monat und sie verlängert 20 Euro pro stunde. Putzfrau kosten sind extra. Wir haben auch ne Staubroboter der regelmäßig ganzes Wohnung Staubt.
