wir vermieten ab 01.11.2021 ein schönes möbliertes Zimmer in einer netten Mädels-WG. Wir haben zwei Bäder und einen Gemeinschaftsraum mit Küche, eine Spülmaschine sowie eine Waschmaschine und sogar Trockner im Bad.
Das Zimmer ist mit Bett, Schrank und Schreibtisch ausgestattet. Die Küche ist ebenso vollständig ausgestattet.
Die U-Bahn Station Neuperlach Zentrum U5 sowie das angegliederte Einkaufszentrum PEP ist in 8 gehminuten und in 3 min. mit dem Fahrrad erreichbar. Weiter gibt es ein kleines Stadtteilzentrum mit allen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in 3 min. fussläufige Entfernung. Bäcker, Rewe, Netto, Frisör etc.
Anmeldung ist natürlich möglich.

Hi there,
we are renting out a furnished room in a nice girls' flat from September 1st, 2021. We have two bathrooms and a common room with a kitchen, a dishwasher and a washer and dryer in the bathroom.
The rooms are furnished with a bed, wardrobe and desk. The kitchen is also fully equipped.
The subway station Neuperlach Zentrum U5 as well as the affiliated shopping center PEP can be reached in 8 walking minutes and in 3 minutes by bike. There is also a small district center with all shops in 3 minutes walking distance. Baker, Rewe, Netto, hairdresser etc.
Registration is of course possible.
