I need to leave my lovely room after moving in only one weeks ago. (I got a room from Studentenwerk, otherwiese I would never move out!!) So I am looking for a new tennant/Nachmieter :)
Clean, bright, and big room in 4WG, district Alte-Perlach
About the apartment:
- One room in 4er-WGs
- Private house with 4 WGs
- KVR is possible
- The apartment has everything you need (kitchen stuffs, vacuum cleaner, dish-washing machine, also 2 washing machines and the dryer are available for free in the basement.)
- There is a bike ramp outside and there is a huge backyard with tables and a grill.
About the room:
- The room is circa 15 m2 and has a balcony. It's located in the front side of the house so it's a very bright room.
- I rented the room without any furniture, and I am moving out because I got a room in the dormitory. So I will sell my wardrobe, desk, and bookshelf to the next tenant. (I bought everything like one week ago, only missing thing will be the bed.) I will sell it all together for 200 euros (I need to sell it but we can discuss about the price)

- Total cost (warm) 650 euros. (internet, electricity, water etc.)
About the district:
- A quiet family district.
- 10 minutes walking to the U5/U7/U8 (Neuperlach Zentrum/Quidstrasse)
- There is a bus stop at the beginning of the street. Buses go from here to Giesing BF, U2 and other metro stops etc. There is also a night bus.
- There is also another bus stop to Ostbahnhof by walk only 5 mins.
- It takes circa 35 mins to TUM Central Campus, 30 mins to Hauptbahnhof, 20mins to Ostbahnhof, 10 mins (walk) to Ostpark,
- 5 mins by walk Rewe/Lidl/Saturday Market and 10 mins by walk Kaufland, Edeka, Pep Einkaufszentrum
About the roommates:
- Super nice, helpful and cool three boys.
- We are also like to cook together and have a beer sometimes. We also planned to so much thing together but unfortunately I will leave soon :/
- One of them is an exchange student, one is working and other one is studying in his master. The common language of the house is English (International students are welcome!!!) but everyone speaks additionally another language (French, Turkish and German ofc).
Like I said, I got a room in dormitory, so I will move out on 01.12.2021. You can move as early as 2 December. There is no problem to leave items etc. beforehand. There's a basement downstairs and plenty of room in the room. I prefer people in Munich to come and see the room. But I am also open to meeting online.
I am waiting for your message with a short introduction about yourself, what you do and how to finance yourself. People who can buy my items are have priority :)
