Hello,
I´m going to leave the WG on 1st of May, so there will be a free room.
The room is 14 qm and will be rented without furniture. But I will leave the two commodes and the clothes rail for some money. The room faces the courtyard, which makes it really quiet.
The flat is in the 4th floor and has everything you need, like Dishwasher, Washing Machine, Vacuum Cleaner, Microwave etc. You just have to bring your stuff and you are all ready to move in/ settle :)
The rent is 570 € with everything included.
The location is extremely nice. It's in north of Munich. Olympic Park and English garden are very close. The nearest bus stop/ tram station is at 3 min walking distance. Edeka/ Rossmann/ netto are also 5 min walking distance. München freiheit is also just 1.5 km away. Overall it's very nice area with pleiof cafés and restaurants nearby.
We are all good friends. We all try to cook together whenever possible or casually exchange our stories about the day or trips. We all believe in open communication so there's always very chilled vibe in WG. It's a proper co-living space but of course everyone have their own space for privacy.
