I am currently looking for the next tenant for a 17sqm room in a shared apartment, ideally starting on the 1st of September.
In total there are 4 private rooms (4 tenants) in the flat, 1 complete bathroom, 1 small bathroom(toilet and sink), 1 shared kitchen fully equipped(incl. dishwasher, washing/drying machine).
The flat is located in Schwabing, 5min walk to Schwabinger Tor, 2min walk to a bus station and also 2-5min walk to nearby supermarkets(Rossman, Edeka, Netto).
The cost is 1000€/month, all inclusive(heating,wifi,etc).
KVR is possible.
Fully furnished.
Inside parking for bikes available as well as own cellar.
