I'm subletting my room from June 1st 2024 till July The flat is fully furnished and equipped with all what one needs.
The kitchen is very spacious and equipped with everything you might think of to cook. There is also a nice lounge where you could hang out in evening or after a meal. On the balcony there is a space as swell for your laundry .
The flat itself is spacious enough for two people and located on third floor with nice view over the gardens from both east and west side where you have a stunning view over the IBM, Fujitsu Towers in the evening.
---Location
The location is just great and in center of Munich:
English garden is just front of the door steps for nice walks and sports. Just 3 min away there is also a sport field for basketball, Soocer club, volley ball, ping pong, working out and other sports. Adding to that the open air nice swimming pool Ungererbad, which is just few minutes walk away.
the Ubahn U6 alte Heide or Nordfriedhof are just 5 min walk from the flat. In 3 min drive you are already in center Münchner Freiheit and 6 min in Odeonsplatz.

Pets, Smoking and partying are not allowed in flat since there are families living in building and flat is a non smoking one.
----Rent & deposit
Rent is 600 € per month with all included (Internet....). deposit is 700€ which you will receive it back from me upon checkout .
