Room on the ground floor at the student dorms in Studentenstadt with a big window overlooking the English Garden. The room has its own bathroom and all the necessary ammenities (wifi, bed, desk lamp, shower..etc). Price is for the entire duration. Negotiable according to length of stay.
6 minutes to the U6, you could get to Marienplatz in 17 minutes and 20 to the TUM campus in Garching. You can take a walk in the English garden right infront of the room, get to know people in one of the dorm parties, or barbeque with friends in the garden.
Everyone in the dorm is a student studying at LMU or TUM so it's a great chance to meet people. The kitchen is shared with the people on the ground floor (13) but it's huge. You would have 3 racks in the fridge, your own cabinet, and there are two stoves, two ovens, and two freezers to share. The place is kept clean by the residents as well as a cleaning lady that comes every week or so. There're also washing machines and dryers for 50 cents per wash.
