Großes Zimmer in FRAUEN-WG in der Nähe von Kieferngarten AB 01.05

Das Gebäude befindet sich in einer ruhigen Gegend, weit entfernt von der Hauptstraße. Es sind etwa 3 Minuten zu Fuß bis zur Bushaltestelle, von der man in 10-15 Minuten U-Bahn-Haltestellen Am Hart oder Kieferngarten (Verbindung jeweils zur U2 und U6) erreichen kann. Sowohl mit dem öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel als auch mit dem Fahrad braucht man circa 30 Minuten für den Weg zu Garching.
In der Nähe gibt es solche Läden, wie Rewe, Edeka, Aldi, Lidl, dm, Alnatura, ihle, v-Markt, die alle in 10-15 Minuten zu Fuß oder 5-7 Minuten mut dem Bus oder Fahrrad erreichbar sind. Außerdem findet man hier auch Blumengeschäft, Tankstelle, Hausarztpraxis, Apotheke, mcfit, cleverfit, fitx, lucky bike, MediaMarkt und etwas weiter McDonald's und KFC.

Dank der guten Busverbindungen ist auch die U3 gut erreichbar und dadurch ist die Wohnung nicht weit entfernt vom Olympiazentrum und Olympiaeinkaufszentrum (circa 28 Minuten in Bus), was noch zusätzliche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und lukrative Außenbereiche anbietet.

The building is in a quiet area, far from the main road. It's about a 3-minute walk to the bus stop, from which you can reach the Am Hart or Kieferngarten subway stops in 10-15 minutes (Connection to U2 and U6). It takes around 30 minutes to get to Garching both by public transport and by bike.
There are stores nearby such as Rewe, Edeka, Aldi, Lidl, dm, Alnatura, ihle, v-Markt, all of which can be reached in 10-15 minutes on foot or 5-7 minutes by bus or bike. You can also find a flower shop, a gas station, a family doctor's office, a pharmacy, mcfit, cleverfit, fitx, lucky bike, MediaMarkt and, a little further on, McDonald's and KFC.

Thanks to the good bus connections, the U3 is also easily accessible and therefore the apartment is not far away from the Olympic Center and Olympic Shopping Center (around 28 minutes by bus), which also offers additional shopping opportunities, restaurants and lucrative outdoor areas.

Unsere WG bestand bis jetzt aus drei Mädels, aber jetzt ziehe ich aus und 2 neue Mädels ziehen auch ein (23-jährige Ingenieurstudentin und 26-jährige Systemingenieurin). Gerne unternahmen wir ab und zu was zusammen, vor allem in großem Wohnzimmer. Kinoabends mit inklusivem Abendessen waren also nicht ungewöhnlich in unserer WG, was gern fortgesetzt werden würde :) Natürlich kann man aber seinen eigenen Raum genießen und Zeit für sich selbst jederzeit haben.

Our shared apartment used to consist of three girls, but now I'm moving out and two new girls are moving in too (23 years old engineering student and 26 years old system engineering). We liked to do things together every now and then, especially in the large living room. Movie nights with dinner included were not uncommon in our shared apartment, which we would like to continue :) Of course you can enjoy your own space and have time for yourself at any time.

Wir suchen nach einem Mädchen im Alter von 18 bis 30 Jahre, das offen, freundlich, achtsam und die Sauberkeit und Gepflegtheit in einer gemeinsamen Wohnung schätzen kann.
