We are renting out a small and comfortable 10 m2 room in our 3er WG. The room is fully furnished with a a double bed, wardrobe and a chest of drawers (TV not included).
The loft apartment is on the top floor of a 3 flat house. The cozy and modern flat offers plenty of natural light and is completely furnished throughout. There is a main bathroom with a bathtub and shower, a separate bathroom with a toilet, as well as a modern open plan kitchen and lounge area with a dining table, TV and large sofa. In the kitchen area there is an oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and cooking pans/utensils. There is also a separate room downstairs with a washing machine as well as a large cellar, for a bike, skis etc.
Please note: The flat has sloping ceilings in each room and therefore is probably not ideal if you are very tall.
The flat is located close to Kiefergarten (U6) and a 10-15 min walk away from the U-Bahn station. Additionally, there are several bus stations about 5 min away from the apartment.
Unfortunately, there is no parking directly at the property, however there are many streets nearby that don't require a parking permit.
Close to the flat you can find a REWE and EDEKA, as well a as post office. Furthermore, there are several gyms (FitX, McFit, Clever Fit) within a 10 min bike ride away. If you like to go jogging or for walks, there is a beautiful nature park close to the flat.
The flat is occupied by myself George (29), working professional at BMW. I'm originally from England, but moved to Munich 3 years ago and therefore speak a little bit of German. I love doing sports, keeping fit and socialising with friends.
The second flatmate is called Tom (30), works in Telecommunications and enjoys similar hobbies to myself.
We are definitely up for cooking, watching football and socialising together on the weekends. However, we both have our own friendship groups in Munich and also tend to have plans on the weekends.
We are looking for somebody friendly, very independent and reliable who enjoys their own company but is also happy to socialise and feel comfortable in our company.

The cost is 675 € per month which includes all bills (water, electrics, wifi).
