Außerdem hast du einen eigenen Südbalkon, auf dem du es dir im Sommer gemütlich machen kannst - gerne können wir deinen Teil von meinem Bereich durch einen Sichtschutz abtrennen.

The room is 18 square meters in size, furnished with a bed (a different one than shown, but with a mattress and a new unused cover), a desk and a big wardrobe. You will also have access to your own south-facing balcony where you can hang out in summer - we could also separate your part of the balcony off mine with some kind of visual cover.
Die Lage ist top - U6 vor der Tür, Schwabinger See vor der Tür, Münchner Freiheit fußläufig, Englischer Garten fußläufig, ein Inder und eine Tanke im EG (Essen, Bier und Kippen bis spät abends), Freibad direkt gegenüber! Für Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es einen Edeka Express um die Ecke und eine Station weiter einen Aldi und einen großen Edeka.
Ich weiß, ich weiß - die Wohnung ist nicht gerade in der Innenstadt, aber mit dem Fahrrad ist man in 0,nichts wo man möchte :-)

The location is great - U6 line in front of the house / Schwabinger Lake, Münchner Freiheit and Englischer Garten within walking distance, an Indian restaurant and a gas station in the basement (for food, beer and cigarets until late), an outdoor pool across the street. For groceries there is a small Edeka express around the corner and a little further you'll find an Aldi and a large Edeka.
You'll reach Marienplatz or any other place in the city center by bike within minutes.

Wie du siehst, ist das Zimmer befristet inseriert. Das liegt daran, dass meine Freundin irgendwann hier einziehen wird - es steht aber noch nicht fest wann, weshalb ich den Untermietvertrag erst einmal für die Zeit aufsetzen würde, für die du das Zimmer eben brauchst. Allerdings gäbe es eventuell auch eine Option auf Verlängerung!
Und noch eine Besonderheit für Architekturinteressierte: das Gebäude ist in den 70ern im Stil des Brutalismus erbaut worden und steht heute unter Denkmalschutz.

The room is offered for a short-term rent only - but it isn't quite sure yet when my girlfriend will move in. So I guess the move out date will be flexible and could be extended afterwards.
And one more fact for people interested in architecture: the building was built in the 70s in the manner of brutalism which is why today it is under monumental protection.
