We are looking for a 3rd roommate from mid August till May/June. The room is 17sqm and the rent is 620 EUR all inclusive. Tabea is doing 2 semesters abroad and is subletting the room during that time. Yet, she is somewhat flexible on the exact times.
The room is rented furnished with bed, table, shelve and wardrobe. The apartment is in an old building in Schwabing, with all the pros and cons. That means we have a parquet floor high ceilings and in general, the rooms are quite well cut.
The windows face the busy Ungerer Straße which can get quite loud. Nevertheless, with closed windows it is mostly quiet. The rooms are connected by a door, which is currently closed by a large cupboard.
There is a small backyard where you can park your bike. But you have to share the place with two rabbits :). The apartment has a large common area with a large, very bright kitchen and a spacious balcony on which we are quite active planting herbs, tomatoes etc. Please tell us your favorite Yogurt when you write us, so we can filter who actually read the ad. Dishwasher and washing machine are also available.
With the U6 station Dietlindenstraße right in front and Münchner Freiheit right around the corner, the location feels quite central. There is a Rewe and Lidl nearby. Almost in front of the door is a gas station where you can get all kinds of drinks 24/7 at humane prices. The English Garden is also very close :)
First of all, what all harmonic shared flats build upon: There should be a basic consensus about cleanliness!
So far, our shared life in the WG has been mostly during the long winter lockdown. Everyone of us likes to cook. So we had quite a few home cooked dinner extravagances and before the lockdown we went bouldering together.
Now that there is a little break in the pandemic I might also be cool to try something new with you though :D
Pius (27) : I am originally from a small town on the Bavarian countryside. Yet, I had to get out of there and have lived abroad for a few years (Berlin, Stockholm, Paris).
I work in a small startup and am in Munich since January 2020. Otherwise, I'm actively playing Ultimate Frisbee. I also like to go hiking in the mountains, bouldering or a little bit of eisbaching.
In general, I'm more of a flat share person and I would prefer more sociable flatmates.
Loraine (24) : I am French, I moved to Munich 10 months ago to start a new job in a bank. I like to cook, hang out with friends and travel when there is no global pandemic going on. I usually get along with everyone, and if you don't feel like speaking in English with me, I'd love to practice my (not so advanced) German!
Tabea, whose room you'd sublet is originally from Munich. That's why she is somewhat flexible on the exact date. She is doing an exchange till beginning of June.
We don't have a preference if you are a student, a trainee or just working. Yet, it is quite nice to be in somewhat similar stages of our lives, so you should be between 20 and 35 and preferably not a freshman looking to party all the time.
Why don't you write a little something about yourself and what you do? We would then get back to you and either find a time for a zoom call or a visit.
