The house is a 3-story floor with a basement. The house is occupied by a very friendly and accommodating couple. You will be the 3rd person in the whole house. The studio room is located on the ground floor. Right next to the room is the toilet and bathroom which is almost exclusive for the new tenant.
The couple uses the 1st and 2nd floor for they have their own living room, kitchen, toilet & bath, and their own terrace.
The new tenant will have privacy and has two big windows viewing the garden of the house.
The studio room includes a single bed frame with ma attress. It has two pillows but you can bring your own. What really special about this room is that it has its own mini kitchen where you can cook. The two stoves are fully functional and you can cook or prepare light meals anytime. It has a mini-fridge underneath the kitchen to store your cold foods and drinks.
You will need to pay the 3-months deposit as guaranteeee and the landlord prefers to have long-termrm agreement for at least 6 months or longer.
I really like this studio room for the couple are very friendly and aaccommodating They like to have a chat on a fine weekend and sometimes for a bottle of wine after long hours of work. Remote viewing is possible but I suggest that you visit the place to see the actual place and the surroundings. Streeet parking is always easy to find
