Das Zimmer ist bis auf den Fernseher und das Sofa voll möbliert. Der jetzige Mieter des Zimmers nimmt den Fernseher und das Sofa mit. Das Zimmer verfügt über ein Bett, einen Schreibtisch und einen Kleiderschrank.

A perfectly and completely furnished room in a 5-person shared apartment is available for sublet. Flat share has a fully equipped kitchen, terrace and garden. The room is fully furnished except for the TV and the sofa. The current tenant of the room takes the television and the sofa with them. The room has a bed, desk and wardrobe.
Die Wohnung liegt 5 Gehminuten vom U-Bahnhof Freimann entfernt. Die Bushaltestelle Florianmühlstraße befindet sich gegenüber unserer Wohnung.
Netto ist nur 200m von der Wohnung entfernt. In der Nähe der Wohnung befinden sich viele Pizzerien und Biergärten. Der Nordeingang des Englischen Gartens ist nur 500m entfernt.

The apartment is a 5-minute walk from the Freimann underground station. The Florianmühlstraße bus stop is opposite our apartment.
Netto is only 200m away from the apartment. There are many pizzerias and beer gardens near the apartment. The north entrance of the English Garden is only 500m away.
Wir kochen manchmal zusammen. Freitagabends trinken wir gerne Bier oder gehen an die Bar.
Wir haben eine Putzfrau, die einmal die Woche kommt. WG ist international und wir sprechen die meiste Zeit auf Englisch. Wir brauchen einen netten Menschen, der gut zu uns passt.
