A 6 sqm room will become available in our 3 people WG starting on the 1st of October. Currently the rent is 445 all inclusive.
The room is rented partly furnished but you can also bring your own furnitures. Our last roommate built a bunkbed to save some space which can be taken over.
The apartment has a large, bright kitchen and a spacious balcony. The toilet and bathroom are separated. Our flat is well equipped, it includes a dishwasher and washing machine.
The apartment is located in Schwabing, near the metro station Dietliendensraße (U6). Münchner Freiheit is reachable within a few minutes walking. There are supermarkets and convenience stores nearby as well as the englischer garten.
Here is a little introduction to your future roomies :
- Loraine, 25 yo, from France. I work in IT and I have been living in Munich for now 2 years. One of my favourite activity is cooking and chatting with a glass of wine 😇🍷
- Audrey, 28 yo, from the US. I work as a teacher and have lived and worked in Germany and France for 6 years. I cannot wait for ski season and I also love catching up over a glass of wine! 🏔🥂
We are looking for a working 24+ roommate, male or female, clean, social and international-minded. We would prefer someone who will stay long term in Munich.
