Ideal für einen Studenten, da es zur Uni nicht weit ist.
Ich bin keine Putzteufelin, aber möchte, das Gemeinschaftsbereiche nach dem Verursacherprinzip sauber gehalten werden (Herd, Badewanne etc.), damit man sich auch wohlfühlt und nicht herumdiskutieren muss. Generell bin ich ein freundlicher Mensch und mische ich mich nicht ein, brauche aber meine Ruhe und Privatsphäre. Die Wohnung ist in einer schönen, ruhigen Wohngegend mit viel Grünanlagen. In der Nähe ist das Ungererbad, Münchener Freiheit ist auch nur 1km entfernt.
