A furnished room is available in 4 people WG near Olympiapark for short term starting from Oct 25 till January 15th (for 2 and a half months (11 weeks)).
The rent is 395 Euro per month (1000 Euro for the whole period). The room is only 8m2 but the house is well equipped (washing machine, dishwasher, cycle storage etc). The location is also very ideal with the Peteurling U-Bahn Station only 1 min walk from the house. Furthermore Olympiapark is also just 5 mims walk. The kitchen, toilet and bathroom are shared with 3 other Male students (23 year olds) from Germany itself. Two of them study Medicine and one of them works as an accountant. Therefore a Male tenant who speaks German and has experience living in shared WGs is preferred. Smoking/Pets are not allowed.
We are not a purpose WG, therefore a social person is what we are looking for. We are not a party WG either, we just like to talk, cook, walk and socialize. There is a weekly cleaning schedule and most importantly we need a nice and considerate person who respects others and can adapt to the living situation easily:)
Unfortunately, KVR is not possible.
Viewings can be arranged from tomorrow onwards.
