Leider zieht unserer Mitbewohner aus und in unserer (berufstätigen) WG wird zum 01 Februar 2024 ein Zimmer frei! Das Zimmer hat 12,5qm und kostet 720€ + 100 Nebenkostenpauschale (Strom, Gas, Wasser, Internet, GIZ). Die Wohnung liegt in Schwabing (nähe Bonner Platz), hat 4 Zimmer (3 Schlafzimmer und ein großes Wohnzimmer), einen ganz kleinen Balkon sowie eine (hochwertig ausgestattete) Küche, ein Bad und ein WC. Du würdest zusammen mit uns (Arthur, 28, Consulting und Mohamed, 29, Consulting) wohnen. Wir sind keine Zweck WG und kochen gerne oder trinken ein Feierabendbier zusammen.

Unfortunately our flatmate is moving out and therefore we have a room available in our shared apartment (for working professionals) starting from February 1st, 2024! The room is 12,5 square meters and costs €720 + €100 for utilities (electricity, gas, water, internet, maintenance). The apartment is located in the heart of Schwabing, near Bonner Platz, and consists of 4 rooms (3 bedrooms and a large living room), a small balcony, a well-equipped kitchen, a bathroom, and a separate toilet. You would be living with us (Arthur, 28, Consulting and Mohamed, 29, consulting). We are not just a "functional" shared apartment but love to cook together or enjoy a beer after work.
