The flat is located in Schwabing West near the U3, U6, U2, U1, U8 train lines.
The apartment is 85 sqm, and I am looking to convert the living room to rent out. The time frame is flexible depending on needs, and if you are a commuter vs living here daily. Commuters will pay less rent.
The room is approximately 25 sqm. The items in the room can stay, or I can put them in the basement. We can speak about what items would be needed to make the room comfortable for you. However, the art remains on the walls.
The kitchen is fully furnished and all items can be used.
About me: 35f, full-time worker, from the US, I speak German fluently, I am friendly, quiet, organized, clean, easy-going, and open-minded. I have a hypo-allergenic, labradoodle dog (14kg) who is trained, friendly, and doesn't bark, bite, or destroy items. He appreciates cuddles and pets.
