Unsere wunderschöne Altbauwohnung hat ca. 140m2 plus zwei Balkone. Ein Balkon ist am Wohnzimmer, ein Balkon ist an Simons Zimmer, ist aber nutzbar für alle. Wir haben eine große Küche mit Tisch und Küchensofa, eine riiieesen Wohnzimmer mit riiiesen Couch und großem Esstisch, ein großes Bad mit Dusche + Badewanne (was vorrangig von Simon und Christian genutzt wird), ein kleines Bad (was vorrangig von Eliane genutzt wird) und drei Schlafzimmer. Wir wohnen in der 1. Etage eines Altschwabinger-Mehrfamilienhauses.
Wir vermieten das größte der drei Schlafzimmer inklusive der auf den Fotos sichtbaren Möbel (Bett, Schrank, Sideboard, Schreibtisch, Regal etc). Das Zimmer ist ca. 20m2 groß, hat hohe Decken, ein Fenster zur Siegesstraße (Südseite) raus und Parkettboden.

Our beautiful old apartment has approx. 140m2 plus two balconies. One balcony is by the living room, one balcony is by Simon's room, but can be used by everyone. We have a large kitchen with table and kitchen sofa, a huuuuge living room with a huuuuge couch and large dining table, a large bathroom with shower + bathtub (which is mainly used by Simon and Christian), a small bathroom (which is mainly used by Eliane) and three bedrooms. We live on the 1st floor of an old Schwabing apartment building.
We are renting out the largest of the three bedrooms including the furniture visible in the photos (bed, wardrobe, sideboard, desk, shelf etc). The room is approx. 20m2 in size, has high ceilings, a window facing Siegesstraße (south side) and parquet flooring.

Unsere Wohnung befindet sich im coolen Schwabing direkt an der U-Bahn Münchener Freiheit (U3 & U6). Da wir direkt am Wedekindplatz wohnen, kann es am Wochenende schon mal wuselig vor der Haustür werden, aber dafür genießen wir die volle Auswahl an Bars, Cafés,, Restaurants, Bäcker mehrere Supermärkte und den Englischen Garten direkt vor unserer Haustür (5m Fußweg)

Our apartment is located in cool Schwabing, right next to the Münchener Freiheit subway station (U3 & U6). Since we live directly on Wedekindplatz, it can get busy on the weekends, but we enjoy the full selection of bars, cafés, restaurants, bakeries, several supermarkets and the English Garden right on our doorstep (5m walk)

Simon, 34, ist mit seiner eigenen IT Firma sehr erfolgreich und arbeitet meistens von zu Hause. Er kümmert sich bei uns ums Einkaufen, erledigt die Wohnungsangelegenheiten, -abrechnungen etc., und merkt sofort, wenn einer der anderen etwas auf dem Herzen hat. Simon ist seit kurzem stolzer Besitzer eines Thermomix.
Eliane, 32, ist begeisterte Rennradfahrerin und bei gutem Wetter meistens irgendwo Richtung Berge unterwegs. Am Herd findet man sie eher selten, aber zum Kuchenbacken steht sie ab und an doch in der Küche. Eliane sorgt für die nötige Ordnung und Sauberkeit in unserem Haushalt. Sie arbeitet als Unternehmensberaterin und ist öfter mal beruflich unterwegs.
Wir sind definitiv keine Zweck-WG sondern freuen uns immer über gemeinsame Aktivitäten, zusammen kochen, feiern gehen, Serie gucken etc. Dennoch haben wir alle eigene Hobbies und Freundeskreise und sind teilweise beruflich stark eingebunden und unterwegs, so dass es auch Phasen gibt, wo wir nicht so viel miteinander machen.

Simon, 34, is very successful with his own IT company and usually works from home. He does the shopping for us, takes care of housing matters, bills, etc., and notices immediately if one of the others has something on their mind. Simon recently became the proud owner of a Thermomix.
Eliane, 32, is a keen racing cyclist and is usually off somewhere in the mountains when the weather is good. She is rarely to be found at the stove, but she is occasionally in the kitchen baking cakes. Eliane keeps our household tidy and clean. She works as a management consultant and is often away on business.
We are definitely not a functional flat share, but always enjoy activities together, cooking, partying, watching series, etc. Nevertheless, we all have our own hobbies and circles of friends and are sometimes very busy at work, so there are also phases when we don't do so much together.

Da Christian auf Reisen geht, suchen wir eine Zwischenmiete für ihn für den Zeitraum 01.06.-31.12.2024.
Wir suchen jemanden, der sich in gerne in die WG einbringt, mental für coole Gespräche und mit people-power, wenn mal was erledigt werden muss.
Eliane ist Sauberkeit und Ordnung wichtig. Simon freut sich über Offenheit und Ehrlichkeit.
Für deine Auswahl wird es zwei Runden geben: ein virtuelles Gespräch und dann ein gemeinsames Abendessen (Thermi kocht 😉) um uns gegenseitig so gut wie möglich kennen zu lernen.
Thema Sauberkeit: Unser Saugroboter wird regelmäßig von einer Reinigungskraft unterstützt, die alles oberhalb des Bodens übernimmt. Diese ist in der Miete enthalten.

As Christian is going traveling, we are looking for an interim tenant for him for the period 01.06.-31.12.2024.
We are looking for someone who can get involved in the shared flat, mentally for cool conversations and with people-power when something needs to be done.
Cleanliness and tidiness are important to Eliane. Simon likes openness and honesty.
There will be two rounds for your selection: a virtual meeting and then a dinner together (Thermi will cook 😉) to get to know each other as well as possible.
Cleanliness: Our robot vacuum cleaner is regularly assisted by a cleaner who takes care of everything above the floor. This is included in the rent.
