Gesucht wird für meine 2er WG ein/e nette/r Mitbewohner/in zwischen 25 und 45. Zu vermieten ist ein 12 qm großes Zimmer. Das Zimmer ist sehr hell und an einer ruhigen Seitenstraße gelegen. Das Zimmer ist gerade leer. Die dazugehörige Wohnung ist ca. 60qm groß, Küche und Bad sind klein aber fein und ebenfalls mit allem ausgestattet was man so braucht. Sämtliche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind direkt ums Eck, außerdem liegen für sportliche Aktivitäten das Nordbad in direkter sowie der Olympiapark in beinahe direkter Nachbarschaft (5-10 Minuten zu Fuß). Die Anbindung an den Nahverkehr ist ideal (zur U2 Josephsplatz 5 Minuten zu Fuß, Tram 27 direkt ums Eck).
