Hi. I rent one bedroom (14sqm) in a two-bedroom apartment in quiet sidestreet in Schwabing West, with common use of kitchen, bathroom with tub and barbeque terrace in the yard for common use. Wasching mashine, dishwasher, microwave etc. there to use.
Room needs fresh paint, but if you do this yourself, I‘ll deduct something from the first rate.
Hi. Suche einen Nachmieter und Untermieter (ich bleibe Hauptmieter, auch wenn ich ausziehe) für ein Zimmer (14 qm) in meiner 55qm Wohnung, als zweier WG. Das eine Zimmer hat Laminat und ein Südfenster zum hellen, ruhigen Innenhof, Die Wohnung hat eine Wohnküche (gestückelt, keine Einbauküche, aber alles da, was man braucht (Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Mikrowelle, etc.) und ein Bad mit Wanne und Fenster.
Im Hof gibt es eine (Grill-)Terrasse, die man nutzen kann, tut aber sonst keiner im Haus, also gibt's keine Kollision :-)
Im Zimmer müsste eine Wand neu gestrichen werden, wenn du das selber machst, ziehe ich von der ersten Rate etwas ab.

Geniale Lage, besonders für Studenten. Keuslinstr.13, mit Rewe, Lidl, Bäcker, Metzger, Post, Apotheke, Karstadt und Dönermann im Umkreis von drei Minuten zu Fuß, UBahn Josephsplatz 6 Minuten zu Fuß.
LMU per Rad 6 Minuten, TU Stammgelände 5 Minuten, FH Lothstraße 4 Minuten.
Olympiapark und Luitpoldpark sind zum laufen gehen etwa 10 Minuten entfernt.
Im anderen Zimmer wohnt Kai, Student an der Uni-BW.
