Das Zimmer ist 15 m² groß und mit Bett (1,4 x 2 m), Schrank und Schreibtisch ausgestattet. In diesem Zimmer befindet sich auch ein Schrank, in dem sich teilweise Sachen von mir bzw. gemeinsam genutzte Sachen (Handtücher etc) befinden. Ferner befindet sich im Zimmer ein Regal mit Büchern von mir. Da die Wohnung nicht sehr groß ist, müssten diese Möbel im Zimmer bleiben. Keine Sorge, das Zimmer bietet trotzdem noch ausreichend Platz.
Im Mietpreis sind die Nebenkosten enthalten. Wir haben eine gemeinsame Kasse für Sachen, die wir gemeinsam nutzen (Reinigungsmittel usw.), die wir dann wieder auffüllen, wenn sie leer ist.

The flat has three rooms, kitchen (with good equipment) and a bathroom. Unfortunately the kitchen is too small to use it as a common room.
"Your" room has 15 m². There is a bed (size 1,40 x 2 m), wardrobe and a desk in it. There is a shelf with books and a cupboard in it with sheets in it which i can't get out of the room, because the flat is too small.
Unfortunately there is no common-room in the flat.
Die Wohnung liegt in Schwabing-West am Luitpoldpark. Die Metro-Stationen Scheidplatz und Petuelring sind in ca. 7 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Mit der Metro benötigt man ca. 12 -15 Minuten bis zum Marienplatz bzw. Hauptbahnhof. Außerdem befindet sich in einer Parallelstraße die Tram-Haltestelle "Gartenstraße" der Linie 27, die auch nachts fährt. Die Lage ist ruhig. Der Luitpoldpark liegt hinter der Wohnanlage. Zum Olympiapark benötigt man 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Zur Wohnung gehört auch ein Balkon und ein kleines Gartenstück.
The flat is situated in Schwabing-West at the Luitpold-Parc. It is calm. You can reach the metro-stations "Scheidplatz" (No. 2) and Petuelring (No. 3) within 8 Minutes and the stop for the Tram N0. 27 within 3 Minutes.
Ich suche einen entspannten Mitbewohner. Man kann etwas zusammen unternehmen - muss aber nicht. Ab und zu ein Glas Wein und ein gemeinsames Essen sollten aber drin sein. :-)
Meine zwei Mitbewohner kommen aus Belgien (24 Jahre) und der Türkei (23 Jahre). Leider endet der Aufenthalt unseres belgischen Mitbewohners am 30.04.2024, so dass ich jetzt einen Nachfolger für ihn suche. Ich selbst bin 59 Jahre alt und arbeite im öffentlichen Dienst. Meine Interessen liegen vor allem im kulturellen Bereich (Literatur, Musik (von Indie bis Oper), Theater). Des weiteren schätze ich gutes Essen und guten Wein. :-) Ich denke, dass ich relativ entspannt bin. Du solltest wissen, dass ich schwul bin und es sollte natürlich auch kein Problem für Dich darstellen.
Ein bisschen problematisch ist, dass wir in der Wohnung kein gemeinsames Zimmer haben, in dem man sich aufhalten kann. Der Balkon geht von meinem Zimmer ab - aber ich habe in der Regel kein Problem damit, dass man das Zimmer als Durchgang benutzt.
I'm looking for a flatmate who is relaxed but also knows how to behave in a shared flat. It is not necessary to make an event of every evening but having a glass of wine or a dinner from time to time would be nice.
I am currently living with a guy from Belgium(24 years old) and from Turkey (23 years old). Unfortunately, the stay of our belgian roommate in Munich ends on 1st May, so I am now looking for a successor for him.
I myself am 59 years old and work in the public sector. My interests are mainly in the cultural field (literature, music (from indie to opera), theatre). I also appreciate good food and good wine. :-) I think I'm relatively relaxed. You should know, that i'm gay and of course this shouldn't be a problem for you.

Da die Wohnsituation in München vermutlich auch in diesem Jahr nicht wirklich entspannt sein wird, vermute ich, dass ich mit Mails wieder zugeschüttet werde. Ich hatte ursprünglich den Anspruch, jede eingegangene Mail zu beantworten, musste aber schon beim letzten Mal kapitulieren. Ich bitte daher bereits jetzt um Entschuldigung, dass ich nicht jede Mail beantworten kann - ich habe einfach die Zeit nicht dazu.

Since the housing situation in Munich will probably also be catastrophic this year, I suspect that I will be flooded with emails again. I originally intended to answer every email I received, but had to capitulate the last time. So I apologize in advance for not being able to answer every email - I just don't have the time.
