Unsere gemütliche Wohnung hat drei Zimmer, ein Bad, eine Küche, eine Abstellkammer und einen kleinen Balkon. Die ganze Wohnung ist ziemlich hell und ruhig, vorallem dein Zimmer liegt zu einem schönen und ruhigen Innenhof.
Wie auf den Bildern zu sehen ist, wurde die Küche kürzlich komplett neu renoviert und in der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden: Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine, ....
Dein Zimmer ist 9qm groß und kommt vollmöbliert. In der Abstellkammer kannst Du Deine Jacken, Schuhe etc. ablegen und wir haben auch noch Regale im Gang. Es gibt also genug Stauraum.
Die Wohnung liegt direkt zwischen Hohenzollernplatz und Josephsplatz (also gleiche Fußwege, je nachdem wo man aus der U2 aussteigt).
Mitten im Herzen vom schönen Schwabing mit vielen Cafes in der Nähe - ganz an der Grenze zur Maxvorstadt.
Es fährt die U2, Tram 27, Tram 12 und Bus 53/59.
Dein Mitbewohner ist 25 Jahre alt und arbeitet für ein IT-Unternehmen. Deine Mitbewohnerin ist 24 Jahre alt und macht ihren Master an der TUM. Zu deiner Info: wir sind ein Pärchen.
Bei der WG handelt es sich um eine Zweck-WG. Wochenend-Heimfahrer werden bevorzugt!
