Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Nähe vom Nordbad mit guter Anbindung an Bus (53, 59, 154, N44), Tram (12, 27, N27), sowie Ubahn (U2 von Hohenzollernplatz).
Zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe: Rewe, Lidl, Basic und sogar eine Tankstelle.
Die Universitäten sind ebenfalls gut zu erreichen (ÖPVN oder Rad) und auch zur Hochschule sind's selbst zu Fuß keine 10min.
In der Nähe ist eine seit Längerem still gelegte Baustelle.

The apartment is located near Nordbad with good connections by bus (53, 59, 154, N44), streetcar (12, 27, N27), as well as subway (U2 from Hohenzollernplatz).
Numerous shopping facilities are located in close vicinity: Rewe, Lidl, Basic and even a 24hr gas station.
The universities (LMU / TU) are also easy to reach (by public transport or bike) and even the Hochschule (FH) is less than 10 minutes away on foot.
A long time dormant construction site is nearby.
Das WG Leben stelle ich mir grundsätzlich eher ruhig vor, da ich berufstätig bin (Design / Entwicklung). Kein Problem, falls du noch studierst, aber ein größtenteils geregelter Tagesablauf wäre fantastisch :-)
Zum Arbeiten fahre ich überwiegend in's Büro, allerdings nutze ich die Wohnung ab und zu (meistens Freitags) auch als Home office. Das kannst du nach Absprache natürlich ebenfalls gerne machen.
Das Gemeinschaftszimmer eignet sich außerdem großartig als Esszimmer und kann dank Schlafsofa auch gelegentlich Gäste beherbergen.

In principle I'm looking for a calm and easy co-living, since I'm working most days (Design / Development). No problem, if you're still studying, but a somewhat sorted daily routine would work best, i think :-)
I mostly go to my office to work, but sometimes (mostly fridays) I also use the shared room as a home office. You can do, too, of course.
The shared room is also well suited for having dinner in, and can from time to time als house guests with its transforming sleeping couch.
