The room is the biggest of the apartment and is pretty huge (around 35 sqm). We do not have a living room so I divided it into a lounging area and a sleeping area as you can see in the picture but of course you’re free to choose how to set it up. After all, the whole room is your private area.
The room is furnished including the two big couches, chairs, bed and wardrobe for which you do not pay anything. Only a few things in the picture e.g. the carpets, world map, clock, plants etc. are mine.
Das Zimmer ist das größte der Wohnung (ca. 35 qm). Wir haben kein Wohnzimmer, deshalb habe ich es in einen Loungebereich und einen Schlafbereich unterteilt, wie Sie auf dem Bild sehen können, aber Sie können natürlich frei wählen, wie Sie es einrichten möchten. Immerhin ist der ganze Raum Ihr privater Bereich.
Das Zimmer ist möbliert, einschließlich der zwei großen Sofas, Stühle, Bett und Kleiderschrank, für die Sie nichts bezahlen. Nur ein paar Dinge auf dem Bild, z. Die Teppiche, die Weltkarte, die Uhr, die Pflanzen usw. gehören mir.
The location cannot be more central. It’s in Schwabing-West only 5 minutes walk to the Siegestor and the Universität U-Bahn stop.
German follows English.
We are a nice, friendly WG. Johnny is from Australia and plays the violin at the Bayern Orchestra. Sylvia is Austrian-German and works in hospitality. She takes pride in being the perfect host with a rating of 9.7 on booking.com and Airbnb for her other flat that she rents out!
We cook, drink wine and eat ice cream together very often. Sylvia makes sure we always have enough wine and ice cream while Johnny and I cook quite often for the WG. Johnny is also the best caretaker of our beloved dish washer in the kitchen.
I am the one who is unfortunately leaving the WG. All three of us are in the picture!
Wir sind eine freundliche Wohngemeinschaft. Johnny kommt aus Australien und spielt Geige beim Bayern Orchestra. Sylvia ist österreichisch-deutsch und arbeitet im Gastgewerbe. Sie ist stolz darauf, die perfekte Gastgeberin mit einer Bewertung von 9,7 auf booking.com und Airbnb für ihre andere Wohnung zu sein, die sie vermietet!
Wir kochen, trinken Wein und essen sehr oft zusammen Eis. Sylvia sorgt dafür, dass wir immer genug Wein und Eis haben, während Johnny und ich ziemlich oft für die WG kochen. Johnny ist auch der beste Hausmeister unserer geliebten Spülmaschine in der Küche.
Ich bin derjenige, der leider die Wohnung verlässt. Wir sind alle drei auf dem Bild!
It is pretty much a relaxed, easy-going WG and we would appreciate someone who is looking for the same. We speak both German and English.
