wir suchen ab 15. Oktober eine(n) neue(n) Nachmieter*in und freuen uns über deine Anfrage :)
Nach Absprache wäre auch ein Einzug Anfang Oktober bzw. Anfang November möglich.
ZIMMER
Dein zukünftiges Zimmer ist 8qm groß, hat einen Parkettboden, hat ein großes Fenster mit Blick aufs Grüne. Es ist zur Westseite (Nachmittagssonne :) ) und grenzt direkt an den Balkon.
WOHNUNG
Die Wohnung liegt im 3.OG und ist insgesamt sehr hell. Flo und Ich bewohnen seit Mitte 2018 die WG. Arwa hat unsere Gemeinschaft diesen Sommer erweitert. Wir freuen uns mit dir die WG in Zukunft weiter zu gestalten. Wir teilen uns eine vollausgestattete Küche (mit Spülmaschine!), ein Bad (mit Waschmaschine) und ein separates Klo. Da Flo sein Zimmer das Größte ist und es ein paar Sitzgelegenheiten gibt, kann man das auch mal für gemeinsame Abende nutzen. Außerdem es gibt ein Kellerabteil mit ausreichend Stauraum und einen separatem Fahrradkeller für deinen geliebten Drahtesel.

we are looking for two new tenants from October 1st, since our current flatmate Karla is unfortunately leaving us. If needed, it would be also possible to move in 1st October or 1st November.
ROOM
Your future room is 8 square meters, has a parquet floor, a large window with a view of the greenery. It faces west (afternoon sun :) ) and is directly adjacent to the balcony.
APARTMENT
The apartment is located on the 3rd floor and is very bright overall. Flo and I inhabit the WG since mid-2018. Arwa joined our community in the summer this year. We share a fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher!), a bathroom (with washing machine) and a separate toilet. Since Flo's room is the biggest and there is some seating spaces, you can use that for evenings together. In addition, there is a basement compartment with ample storage space and a separate bicycle cellar for your beloved bike.
Ganz in der Nähe hast du die Tramstation "Ackermannstraße" der Linie 27. Der Hohenzollernplatz(U2) oder das Nordbad sind in knapp 10 Minuten Fußweg erreichbar.
Zum Einkaufen gibt es gleich ums Eck einen Obst-/Gemüse/Feinkosthändler, diverse Bäckereien, sowie ein Rewe, Müller und Biosupermarkt sind in 5 Minuten Fußdistanz erreichbar. Ein Lidl gibt es in 10 bis 15 Minuten Fußwegdistanz.

In a short distance, you can find the station "Ackermannstraße" of the tram line 27. Metro "Hohenzollernplatz" (U2) or bus and tram stop "Nordbad" are approximately 10 minutes by feet.
For grocery shopping, you have plenty of options like a Rewe, fruit and vegetable dealer, whole food supermarket and a discounter Lidl all in 5 to 15 minutes walking distance.
In der WG verbleiben Flo (26), Arwa(26) und Paul (27). Flo hat letztes Jahr sein Studium beendet und arbeitet seit einem Jahr in einem Mobilitätsstartup. Arwa hat dieses Jahr ihr Masterstudium beendet und arbeitet jetzt als Softwareingenieurin. Paul ist gerade dabei seine Masterarbeit zu Ende zu schreiben und fängt ab Dezember an in einem Medizintechnikstartup zu arbeiten. Wir unternehmen gerne was zusammen in unserer Freizeit, zum Beispiel gemeinsamer Sport (Spikeball, joggen, wandern, radfahren). Außerdem laden wir auch gerne mal unsere Freunde zu uns ein für gemeinsame Koch-/Trink-/Spieleabende oder glotzen zum Beispiel mal gemeinsam ein Fussballspiel in der Flimmerkiste.
Achja, wir haben auch einen Putzplan, an den wir uns (meistens) halten :)

Flo (26), Arwa (26) and Paul (27) remain in the shared flat. Flo finished his studies last year and has been working in a mobility startup for half a year. Arwa finished her master studies this year and now works here as an IT engineer. Paul is just finishing his master thesis and will start working in a medical technology startup in July. We like to do things together in our free time, for example playing sports (spikeball, jogging, hiking, biking). We also like to invite our friends for cooking/drinking/game nights or watch a football game together on the flicker box.
Oh yes, we also have a cleaning schedule, to which we stick (mostly) :)
