We are looking for a new flatmate for our 4 person-flat located in Schwabing West.
The flat is composed with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one shower and one bathtub) with 2 toilets, one kitchen/ dining room/ living room and a big terrace. The flat is also furnished with a TV, washing machine and dish washer.
The room is fully furnished.

Flat is located between Olympiapark and Luitpoldpark, UBahn: Petuelring. Very quiet area, groceries stores in the neighborhood, parks.
You will be part of a multinational flat, living with one spanish guy, one french girl, and one russian guy. They are all between 24 and 26, all working full time.
No gender preference, preferably non-smoking person, English speaking.
The room is available from the 9th of January 2022 onwards. The first month, we will probably have to arrange a sublet contract since the room is still under my name, although it is highly probably that you could directly arrange a 6-month contract rent with the landlord by then (TBD). What's certain, is that from February onwards you will be able to arrange a long-term contract (w/ registration/anmeldung).
The rent is 700€ (electricity and water included)+ 10€ for internet.
One car park spot is available and parking for bikes.
