Ich verlasse leider die WG, weil ich im verrückten Münchner Wohnungsmarkt eine bezahlbare Wohnung gefunden habe!
Das Zimmer ist das größte in einer dreier WG, ganz hinten am weitesten entfernt von der Küche.
Im Zimmer inkludiert sind die Möbel die man sieht: 140*200 Bett, Matratze, Schreibtisch, Stuhl, TV-Regal, TV, Kleiderschrank und Kleiderkommode.

Sadly I am leaving this WG, because I found an apartment in the zoo that is the Munich apartment situation!
The room is the biggest in the WG, furthest away from the kitchen and closest to the bathroom.
The room (and price) includes the bed (140*200), mattress, desk, chair, TV-shelf, TV, wardrobe and dresser.
Die Lage der ist sehr gut! Man ist in 6 Minuten an der U-Bahn Station "Dietlindenstraße", und in 8-10 an der Münchner Freiheit. Busse und Trams sind direkt vor der Haustür.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch nah. Bio basic ist direkt drunter, Lidl in 5 Minuten zu erreichen, sowie mehrere REWEs in 8-10 Minuten.
Bars und Restaurants kann man in 15 Minuten zu Fuß an der Münchner Freiheit erreichen.
Der Eingang zum Englischen Garten ist auch nah an der Wohnung ~15 Minuten zu Fuß.

The location of this apartment is great! The U Bahn station "Dietlindenstraße" is 6 minutes away on foot, the station "Münchner Freiheit" about 8 to 10 minutes. Bus and Tram stations are immediately downstairs.
Shopping options are close as well, bio basics is directly underneath the building, Lidl is about a 5 minute walk away and a few REWEs are 8 to 10 minutes away on foot.
Bars and restaurants are also close, approximately 15 minutes on foot at Münchner Freiheit.
The entrance to the Englischer Garten is also close ~15 minutes.
Der Vermieter erwünscht sich eine Frauen-WG.
Zur Zeit sind wir international aufgestellt - Naz ist Türkin und studiert im Master Chemie, Ele ist Italienerin und ist berufstätig. Beide sind super nett und entspannt, gerne wird zusammengekocht, mal gefeiert usw. Aber es wird auch akzeptiert wenn man lieber mal alleine ist. Die WG-Sprache ist Englisch, aber beide können auch Deutsch und Ele sucht noch einen Sprach-Übungspartner:P

The landlord wants this to be a women's WG.
At the moment, this is an international apartment - Naz is Turkish and is studying chemistry as a Master's degree, Ele is Italian and is working already. Both are very nice and accepting, in the past we cooked together and have also gone to/hosted parties as a group. However, it is also accepted if one needs some alone time.
The language of the WG is English, however, both speak German and Ele is actively looking for someone to practice German with her:P
Bei der Anfrage gerne ein paar Rahmendaten zu euch erzählen, was ihr macht, wie lange ihr bleiben wollt, etc. - Der Standard Text halt. Ich werde das alles durchlesen und dann Leute, die vermutlich in die WG passen würden zur Besichtigung einladen:)
Randnotiz: wir haben zur Zeit einen Wasserschaden, dies beeinträchtigt den Alltag aber nich, die Trockenarbeiten (das nervigste) sind durch.

Side note: we currently have water damage, but this does not affect everyday life, the drying work (the most annoying part) is done.
