I (f/61) am looking for a temporary roommate - June until max. October/November - for a furnished room (approx. 19 m2) in a quiet, central location in Schwabing. The house has a small garden, the apartment is on the 4th floor, without elevator. The room is furnished with table, chair, wardrobe, bed linen, WLAN in a quiet, bright old building apartment (approx. 115 m2). Shared use: large living room, eat-in kitchen, bathroom (bathtub, washing machine), separate WC.
