I offer a private room for sublet in a 2 room WG in Central Munich against a flatshare / room in a WG in Berlin.
The sublet is for 6 months (01.11.2022 - 30.04.2023).
Since its a Studentenwohnheim, an enrollment as a student is important.
Ideal for students, interns.
The apartment has two rooms and a bathroom. The room is big and has a bed, a table, chairs, almira, and a wooden shelf.
Intenret connection is available.
The apartment is at a prime location in Central Munich (Schwabing west).
The nearest bus stop is 2 minutes by foot. The Munich central station can be reached in under 20 minutes.
There is a rewe at 3 minutes walk and an edeka at 4 minutes walk from the building.
The other room is rented by a german guy who is doing his internship in Munich.
