Da unsere Mitbewohner (Lomi) ab Juli zurück in die Heimat zieht sind wir jetzt wieder auf der Suche nach Neuzugang :)
Das freiwerdende Zimmer ist das größte der Drei und hat direkten Zugang zum Balkon. Es ist ca. 15 Quadratmeter groß. Das Zimmer kann auf Wunsch komplett möbliert übernommen werden, muss jedoch nicht.
Das Highlight der Wohnung ist jedoch sicherlich das riesige Wohnzimmer in welchem momentan noch viel Platz ist. Wir spielen mit dem Gedanken ne Bar einzubauen, ist aber noch nichts entschieden. Ausserdem hat es in der Wohnung neben dem Badezimmer noch ein Gästebad also gibt es selten mal Badezimmer Stress : )

Since our roommate Lomi is moving back home, we are now looking for a new person to take her place.
The room is the biggest in the apartment and has direct access to the balcony. It is about 15 square meters. Lomi is planning on leaving all of her furniture here so this can be bought from her if you wanted to.
The highlight of the apartment is the rather large living room which is decked out with couches, TV and a decent sound system. We haven't quite decided what to do with all the space but we we're think of a bar, but nothing's decided yet. In addition, the apartment has a guest bathroom so there's rarely any issues waiting to use the toilet : )
Die Wohnung befindet sich direkt am Olympiapark. Die Strassenbahn (Ackermannstr.) und ein Bus fahren fast direkt vor der Haustüre und die U2 (Hohenzollernplatz)/U3(Petuelring) sind in ungefähr 10 Minuten laufen zu erreichen.

The apartment is right by the Olympiapark. There is a Tram/Bus (Ackermannstr.) right around the corner and the U2 (Hohenzollernplatz)/U3(Petuelring) stations are each about a 10 minute walk away.

In der Wohnung wohnen:
Lisa (28, deutsch&english) ursprünglich aus der Schweiz und für eine Stelle in der IT Branche hier nach München gezogen sowie John (33, english) ursprünglich aus England und macht seinen Post Doc an der TuM.
Wir sind eigentlich beide recht easy going doch mittlerweile auch schon fest im Arbeitsalltag angekommen. Wir sind zwar beide oft unterwegs sind ist es immer wieder möglich gemütlich auf der Couch zu chillen oder irgendwelche Brettspiele zu spielen. Wir trinken auch gerne mal gemütlich ein Bier/Wein/Drink zusammen oder gehen zusammen feiern (Vorschläge oder Tips sind gerne gesehen). John ist eher der Foodie (im Gleich zu mir, Lisa) aber ich kümmere mich dafür um die Pflanzen... und schaue, dass es immer genug Nachschub gibt.

Who would be living in the apartment with you:
Lisa (28. engl/german) originally from Switzerland, recently moved to Munich and working in IT, and John (33. english speaking) originally from England, currently working as a Post-Doc at TuM.
We are both easy going and working full time so can be busy during the week but we still find time for cooking and relaxed evenings on the couch watching movies or playing boardgames. Of course, we never say no to a beer/wine/cocktail and enjoy checking out the Munich nightlife (suggestions on places to visit are welcome). John is a bit more of a foodie compared to me (Lisa) and I like to take care of the many plants we have in the apartment, I'll make sure we never run out of plants :)
