Die gesamte Wohnung verfügt über bodentiefe Fenster und ist zur Süd/West Seite ausgerichtet, so daß den ganzen Tag über Sonnenschein herrscht:) Sie ist sehr ruhig zum Hinterhof gelegen, so dass man nachts ohne weiteres mit offenen Fenster sehr gut schlafen kann. Dein Zimmer hat ca. 16qm und wird möbliert vermietet. Die Wohnung verfügt über eine Fußbodenheizung, so dass es keine kalten Füße mehr gibt:)
Einkaufmöglichkeiten findest Du direkt im Haus - unser REWE Supermarkt. Der Aufzug zur Wohnung fährt direkt zum REWE runter ins Untergeschoss.
Die Wohnung befindet sich zentral 500m zur U-Bahn
U3 & U6 und zur U-Bahn U2. Die nächste Tramstation Karl-Theodor-Straße liegt nur 3 min von der Wohnung entfernt.
Falls Interesse an einem Garagenstellplatz besteht, gibt es die Möglichkeit, einen zu mieten.

I'm looking for new roommates for my spacious 95 sqm apartment directly at Luitpoldpark with underfloor heating and private access to the spacious balcony. The room is off (see below). available. The entire apartment has floor-to-ceiling windows and is facing the south/west side, so there is sunshine all day long:) It is very quietly located towards the back yard, so you can easily sleep well at night with the window open. Your room is approx. 16 square meters and is rented furnished. The apartment has underfloor heating, so there are no more cold feet :) You can find shopping options directly in the house - our REWE supermarket. The elevator to the apartment goes directly to the REWE down to the basement. The apartment is centrally located 500m to the subway U3 & U6 and to the U2 subway. The nearest tram station Karl-Theodor-Straße is only 3 minutes away from the apartment. If you are interested in a garage parking space, there is the option of renting one.
