With the U3/U6 - Poccistr. or U4/U5 - Schwanthalerhöhe (5 minutes walking distance) e.g. Maxvorstadt, Schwabing and other central districts are reachable within a few minutes. In front of the front door the bus 62.

die Wohnung ist ideal für eine 3-er WG aufgeteilt, mit großer Wohnküche und Balkon als Gemeinschaftsflächen sowie 3 Schlafzimmern.
Sören (29) und Julia (27), beide berufstätig, wohnen in der WG. DIe WG ist als Berufstätigen-WG ausgelegt. Man kann gemeinsam Zeit verbringen, hat aber auch seine persönlichen Rückzugsorte. Bevorzugt wären eher Berufstätige als Studenten, dennoch sind wir offen für alle Vorschläge.
Das Zimmer ist mindestens bis Ende Februar zu haben - dannach läuft der Hauptmietvertrag aus, und über eine mögliche Verlängerung muss dann gemeinsam mit den Mitbewohnern gesprochen werden

the apartment is ideally divided for a 3-person shared apartment, with a large kitchen-living room and balcony as common areas as well as 3 bedrooms.
Sören (29) and Julia (27), both working, live in the WG. The WG is designed as a working WG. You can spend time together, but also have your own personal retreat. Preference would be given to working people rather than students, but we are open to all suggestions.
The room is available at least until the end of February, after which the main rental contract expires, and a possible extension must be discussed with the roommates
