Gemütliches Zimmer in Richtung Südwesten gelegen und direkt am sonnigen Balkon. Das Zimmer wird weitgehend unmöbliert vermietet. Meine derzeitige Mitbewohnerin verkauft einige ihrer Möbel, so dass es eine Möglichkeit gibt, einige davon zu kaufen.
Cosy room facing south-west and directly on the sunny balcony. The room is rented unfurnished. My current flatmate is selling some of her furniture, so there is a possibility to buy them.

Die Wohnung ist insgesamt Richtung Süd-West ausgerichtet und dank der vielen Fenster wunderbar hell.
Zudem ist sie super zentral in der Nähe der Donnersberger Brücke gelegen. U-Bahn, Bus und vor allem Tram sind fußläufig in kürzester Zeit erreichbar (Tram 18/19: Barthstraße; U5/ S-Bahn: Heimeranplatz; Bus 62: Astallerstraße).
Es gibt eine Vielzahl von Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants sowie Bars in der Nähe, die entdeckt werden können. Auch sind der Westpark, Nymphenburg und Englischer Garten mit dem Rad schnell erreichbar.

Der Einzugstermin ist flexibel. Der ungefähre Termin liegt zwischen dem 15. Juli und dem 1. August.

Falls du ein Auto hast und den aktuell vermieteten Stellplatz (Duplex) zukünftig verwenden möchtest, wäre dies auch möglich.
The move-in date is flexible. The approximate date is between 15 July and 1 August.
Some furniture from the living/dining room will be taken along. You are welcome to bring existing furniture with you. Details can be clarified on site.
If you have a car and would like to use the currently rented parking space (duplex) in the future, this would also be possible.
