ich suche einen Wochenendfahrer als Zwischenmieter für ein kleines helles Zimmer in Laim. Das Zimmer ist 7qm teilmöbliert mit Bett, Regal und Haken für die Kleidung. In der WG hat jeder ein Schlafzimmer und wir teilen und das Wohnzimmer (18m2) sowie die Küche mit Esstisch und Balkon mit Blick ins Grüne.
Die Whg. liegt zentral im zweiten Ring. Beste MVV-Anbindung (S-Bahn, U5, Tram und Nachttram) ermöglicht einen schnellen Weg in die Stadt. Die vielen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der unmittelbaren Nähe erlauben aber auch vieles zu Fuß zu erledigen. Hirschgarten und sein toller Biergarten sind auch in Laufnähe.
Kurz noch zu mir: ich bin 41 J.a., sehr kommunikativ und fantasievoll. Ich mag außerdem Wandern und Kino.
Ich arbeite sehr viel und gleiche intensiven und lauten Arbeitsalltag gerne daheim mit viel Ruhe.
Einzugs- und Auszugsdatum ist flexibel.
