Das Konzept des Hauses ist eine Mischung aus Serviced Rooms und Wohnheim.
Jedes Zimmer ist komplett ausgestattet und hat ein privates Bad im Zimmer. Wifi ist natürlich in allen Zimmern verfügbar. Insgesamt nutzen 13 Bewohner die gut ausgestattete Küche und Waschmaschine und Trockner.
Das vollmöblierte Zimmer ist renoviert und mit modernen Möbeln ausgestattet. Das 90x200 Bett verfügt über Kissen, Decken und Bettwäsche. Der Schreibtisch dient als Arbeitsbereich. Ein Kleiderschrank mit Kleiderbügeln bietet Platzt für die Garderobe und die Regale haben weiteren Stauraum. Auch ein Kühlschrank teilweise mit Gefrierfach sowie Teller, Gläser und Besteck sind im Zimmer. Blackout Vorhänge sind vorhanden sowie Falt-Rollos für mehr Privatsphäre.
Eine Glastür trennt das private Bad mit Dusche vom Zimmer.
Alle 2 Wochen werden die Bettwäsche und Handtücher gewechselt und das Zimmer sowie Bad werden gereinigt.
Die Küche ist ausgestattet mit Backöfen, Mikrowellen, Herdplatten, Töpfe und vielen weiteren Kochutensilien. Natürlich ist auch ein Wasserkocher und eine Nespresso Kaffeemaschine vorhanden.
Die Miete beinhaltet die Vollmöblierung, Heizung, Strom, Wasser, Reinigung sowie WLAN.
Das Haus befindet sich im Herzen von München in einem ruhigen Rückgebäude.
Die Bewohner sind üblicherweise Praktikanten, die für ein Praktikum oder Fortbildung nach München kommen. Es ist ein internationales Umfeld im Haus und man kann schnell Anschluss finden und andere Bewohner kennenlernen.

The concept of the house is a mixture of serviced rooms and dormitory.
Each room is fully equipped and has a private bathroom in the room. Wifi is of course available in all rooms. A total of 13 residents use the well-equipped kitchen as well as washing machine and dryer.
The fully furnished room is renovated and equipped with modern furniture. The 90x200 bed has pillows, blankets and bed linen. The desk serves as a work area. A wardrobe with hangers provides space for wardrobe and the shelves have further storage space. There is also a refrigerator, some with a freezer compartment, as well as plates, glasses and cutlery in the room. Blackout curtains are in the room as well as folding blinds for more privacy.
A glass door separates the private bathroom with shower from the room.
The bed linen as well as towels are changed every 2 weeks and the room and bathroom are cleaned.
The kitchen is equipped with ovens, microwaves, cooking plates, pots, pans and many other cooking utensils. Of course there is a water kettle and a Nespresso coffee machine.
The rent includes full furniture, heating, electricity, water, cleaning and WiFi.
The house is located in the heart of Munich in a quiet rear building.
The residents are usually interns who come to Munich for an internship or further training. There is an international environment in the house and you can quickly make friends and get to know other residents.
Das Zimmer ist sehr zentral gelegen und die Verkehrsanbindungen sind ideal.
- S-Bahn Station Hackerbrücke ist nur 4 Minuten entfernt
- Tram Station Holzapfelstraße nur 1 Minute zu Fuß
- U-Bahn Station Theresienwiese ist nur 3 Gehminuten entfernt
- Zentraler Omnibus Bahnhof Hackerbrücke ist nur 5 Minuten entfernt
- Der Hauptbahnhof liegt entweder 15 Gehminuten entfernt oder 2 Stationen mit der Tram.
- Den Mittleren Ring erreichst du in 4 Minuten mit dem Auto
In der direkten Umgebung gibt es viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, Bars und alle Geschäfte.
Parken ist möglich mit einem Parkausweis oder gegen eine Gebühr.

The room is very centrally located and the transport connections are ideal.
- Hackerbrücke S-Bahn station is only 4 minutes away
- Tram station Holzapfelstrasse just 1 minute on foot
- Theresienwiese subway station is only a 3-minute walk away
- Central bus station Hackerbrücke is only 5 minutes away
- The main train station is either a 15-minute walk away or 2 stops by tram.
- You can reach the Mittlerer Ring in 4 minutes by car
There are many shopping opportunities, restaurants, bars and all shops in the immediate vicinity.
Parking is possible with a parking permit or for a fee.
Es wohnen insgesamt 13 Personen im Haus. Die Bewohner sind meist zwischen 20 und 35 Jahre alt und kommen aus Europa und der ganzen Welt nach München. Die meisten kommen für Parktika.

In total there are 13 people between 20 and beginning of 30 years old living in the house. Some of them are from Europe and others from all arround the world. Mainly they are in Munich for internships.
Für die Nutzung der Waschmaschine und Trockner ist ein Entgeld nötig.
In München ist alles sehr gut mit dem Fahrrad erreichbar. Das Fahrrad kann in einem abgeschlossenen Fahrradraum abgestellt werden.
Die Miete ist eine Warmmiete in der Heizung, Wasser, Strom, Internet und Reinigungsservice enthalten sind.
Die GEZ (Rundfunkbeitrag) ist nicht in der Miete enthalten.
Natürlich kannst du dich bei der Stadt Anmelden (KVR). Bei der Zimmer Übergabe erhälltst du alle nötigen Dokumente.
Die Mindest Mietdauer sind 6 Monate.
Eine Endreinigungs- und Service Fee sind bei Auszug fällig.

Everything in Munich is very easy to reach by bike. The bike can be parked in a locked bike room.
