The furnished room is part of an international shared living appartment for young profesionals. The room is offered over a four month period between 1st of August to 1st of December.
The room is equipped with a heater for when it gets cold and an electric fan for the summer
The room is 1 minute walk from Underground Westendstrasse (U5 and U4)
room size: aprox. 11 sqm
monthly rent: 600 Eur (includes water, waste, electricity, heating and internet)

The location is very nice as it is close to the U-bahn station , big supermarket Hit, pharmacy , DHL packstations and its always quiet at night.
Reaching hauptbahnof takes 7-9 minutes with the U-bahn.
Its also well connected with the night transportation network , so no worrying about how to get home if its really late at night
The WG life with the other internationals is a very relaxed Environment.
All tenants are either students or working in Munich between the ages of 20-30. We speak mainly English in the flat but can also speak german.
If you are looking for a calm and tidy place! Then this is the place for you!!
you will have to share the cleaning duties with the others to keep the apartment clean
