Das Zimmer ist ca. 14qm groß und steht unbefristet zur Verfügung (siehe Fotos).
Idealerweise sollte das Zimmer möbliert übernommen werden (Ablöse verhandelbar), kein Muss!
Die Wohnung hat außerdem einen Balkon zur gemeinsamen Benutzung.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig im schönen, kreativen Westend/ Schwanthaler-Höhe.
Tram, Bus, S-und U-bahn sind in 5-15min zu Fuß erreichbar
Ich suche eine neue Mitbewohnerin, da meine jetzige Mitbewohnerin beruflich nach Stuttgart umziehen musste.
Kurz zu mir: ich bin 30 Jahre und studiere im 7. Semester Soziale Arbeit an der FH in Pasing. Bin also fast fertig, juhu :)
An den Wochenenden bin ich oft in meiner Heimat und das WG-Leben stelle ich mir ganz einfach entspannt vor.
Gerne können wir zusammen mal ein Bierchen trinken oder tanzen gehen.
