There are two rooms in the house: one bedroom, one living room but both are used as bedrooms. The big room will be rented.
IMPORTANT!! A person has to pass through this big room to be able to go to the kitchen.

I am a master student, normally I am not home all day long but lately because of coronavirus, I have online education. Therefore I stay home more often.
A person must be clean and tidy.
It might be a bit confusing because I have to pass through your room to go to the kitchen, but I use it only few time a day and I don't enter the room when it is not right time or you are not available. This is kind of stuff can be discussed and manage in time.
